Mats Deleryd is working as SVP Corporate Quality, Safety & Security at FREYR Battery, a start-up organization within the battery and energy storage industry which is developing fast within Europe and globally. Mats also holds a Professorship in Total Quality Management and has been the CEO of the Swedish Institute for Quality and has a background leading Quality Management within the Volvo Group. During the seminar he will share his experiences and reflections on the role of Quality Management supporting a sustainable development, especially in a start-up environment and how important the work with quality is to build credibility and stability in a new industry.
