10.04.2013

Martine Vanremoortele
is a communications and marketing professional who shifted her career path to quality management, coaching and creative thinking. Nowadays she has invested her knowledge and experience into visual harvesting, aka graphic recording.

Visual harvesting is a unique and creative approach that stimulates participants’ minds, enhances their conversations and the group experience. Thoughts, ideas, energy and experiences are harvested real-time on large visual displays. The use of pictures and text enables participants to clearly see connections and possibilities. The display provides a group memory that is easy to understand and to share with others.  Martine’s aim is to amplify how well people work together and support and boost people in their thinking in order to accomplish their goals. Her toolkit contains different sized markers, lots of paper, drawing tablet and some tech stuff.

„I love to be in the moment, listening to what is said, feeling the energy and translate it via quick accurate notes and drawings. My background in communication, marketing and quality management serves me well to understand the business language and processes and makes able to listen for deeper meaning,“ Martine explains.
She has the ability to work with groups of very different sizes, starting from six and ending at 600. And she can melt together people speaking either English, French or Duch, as she has a good command of all of them.
