Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training

The next Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is available in Baltic Countries in February 2016.

Estonian Association for Quality is proud to inform that World Class Black Belt certification based on Lean Six Sigma methodology can now be obtained in Baltic Countries. Lean Six Sigma is applicable in production and in service organizations, in private and in public sector.

This program offers results-oriented, project-driven training in implementation of Lean Six Sigma methods. Lean Six Sigma enables organizations to achieve more with less –  a sequenced problem-solving way to apply process management methods, statistical analysis tools, and lean production approaches to reduce waste, eliminate variation and improve the performance of work and business processes.

Lean Six Sigma problem-solving skills are essential in constantly changing business environment and in an uncertain economy. Program consists of four 5-day training modules leaving time for participants to apply the acquired knowledge on their projects between the class sessions. Completion of one improvement project based on DMAIC method is required for successful graduation of this program. DMAIC stands for Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control. Training is in English language.

Professor Gregory H. Watson, Master Black Belt, will conduct the program and coach the projects. Professor Watson is an Academician and Chairman of the prestigious International Academy for Quality (IAQ). He is past-President and a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Awards and recognitions: Deming Medal from the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE), C. Jackson Grayson Medal from American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) and Simon Collier Award from ASQ.
